The whole production process starts by "Scheduling an animal".   It can also be called "creating an Order",  "making a Reservation"  or "booking an appointment".   However you refer to it,  the results are the same.

You wind up with a unique Order#,  showing

• A producer
• A species (one per Order)
• How many of animals
• Drop off Date
• Kill Date
• Cut Date
