When an Order is created,  the Producer is designated as the person who will Pay,  Pickup and be the cut sheet Contact.   Since that is not always the case,  the system allows you to add (or find an existing)  Account for those roles.      

An example might be something like Millers Steak House is buying a beef.  Their employee  Jack Parson is going to pick up the product.   Sussan Davis,  an independent chef,  is responsible for the cuts.   Producer Eagle Hill is going to pay and then bill the restaurant later.

You cannot change the Accounts associated with an Order until the status is Reserved.
