If you create Private labels,  you probably need to enter the total pieces & weight for EACH Cut.  For example, you have  5 Rib Eye Steaks weighing 4.62 pounds.

The screen used to check the Items also has a panel to enter the Pieces & Weights.

Follow these steps :

1. Navigate to Tags -> Open Tags
2. Locate your Tag #
3. Click on the scissor at the end of the row (notice it now has the # of selections)
4. Click on the eye icon.
5. Click on the pencil to start entering Pieces & Weights.  
6. Enter the # of Pieces, press TAB,  and then Weight.
