At the top of every screen (page) is a bar with a blue background and white letters.  It is called the Navigation bar and you will see something like it on most websites.

 In SuiteCRM the Navigation bar you will see:

• Company Name - links to Dashboard (or Home) page
• Module Menu - only one at a time.  Shows menu of options and recently viewed.
• Group Menus - gives you access to all the Modules,  divided into functions like "Sales",  "Activities" etc.
• Search - global search of all modules for data that matches your input
• User Name -  access to your Profile,  external links and Logout.

Group menu gives you access to one or more modules and are designed for use by Sales,  Support,  Management  etc.

Hover you mouse over the Group name and a menu appears.

Once you select a Module,  that name appears in the Navigation bar.

Only one  Module name appears in the Navigation Bar at any one time.  

When you are on the Dashboard (Home) page,  their is NO Module menu.

Under your user name are links to :

• Online Help - Knowledgebase where you can search & print Articles
• Administratin (if you have rights)
• Other Web Sites (if you have any setup)
• About   If you want to learn more about SuiteCRM
• Logout   Exit the CRM

You should always try and logout when you are done using the CRM.
