Detail View
The Detail view of any module is the "longest" screen in the CRM because of all the information displayed. You typically have to use the scroll bar to see everything.
When looking at a Detail view you will
- All the fields of the Record
- All the related Modules (in the subpanels)
- Be able to go into Edit view
- Be able to Delete
- Look at the change Log
- Create Letters or other custom features
Getting to a Detail view
There are a few ways to reach the detail view of a Module:
- From the List view
- From the side panel - Recent Viewed or Favorites if it is there
- From a subpanel
