Yikes ! Hunter calling . .
The phone rings. It is a hunter who left his one prize Deer with you just a few days ago. "When can I pickup my Order ? ". This has to be your least favorite task - it could take several minutes AND so many of them call.
To make it a lot easier, for both of you, we have a quick way to locate and bring up an Order status. It is called Global Search and it will make them feel you are only working on their order.
You type a few characters of the :
- Name
- Phone
- Address
- DNR#
- Tag#
And up comes a list of results that match !!
Search One and Done
To use the global search follow these steps.
- On ANY screen, click into the tan box in the Navigation bar.
- Type a few character (from name, phone etc. See above)
- Press enter or click the magnifying glass.
- A NEW Tab opens to show your results.
The results are grouped into Panels and you see how many "hits" your search had for each one.
The Account panel contains a magic button. It summarizes a Customer's current Status on a single page.
And you can even email it right to them with just a click.
