Dashboard
The Dashboard screen helps give you an overview of the system and is a common feature in applications similar to finerbutcher.
The amount of data available on this screen, along with the dedicated buttons, will likely save you hours every week. Even though you can dig through your paperwork and pull out some of this information, you wouldn't want to do it multiple times, day after day.
There are 3 panels (at least right now) on the Dashboard screen:
- Daily This is interactive
- System This is informational
- To Be done This helps you with your daily tasks
To get to the Dashboard, click on the Home icon on the Navigation Bar.
Daily
On the daily panel is summary of what will or has happened today.
Quick Lists
Each time you change the day in the calendar, these buttons will show the new date. Just click to instantly get a list of Scheduled animals, Cutting weights or Drop Offs for that day.
System
This panel shows a lot of stats.
To Be Done
The system helps you keep track and perform some of the Daily Tasks.
The first button will help you to quickly add an Order when someone calls.
The others will take you to a screen where you will only see the rows that need update.
