Make Tags, Kill Sheets & Labels
Precheck before making Tags
When the Producer arrives to drop off you want to :
- Verify they have brough the correct Species and Qty.
- If the Species is wrong, you have to Cancel the Order and make a new one. How do I cancel an Order ?
- If correct, but Qty is different you can change the Order. Changing Orders
Make Tags !
A Tag is a unique number is made for each animal on each Order.
This number will be used all the way to billing and looks like this :

The system keeps track of the "next" number for each species, so you can make all the Tags at once.
To make Tags follow these steps:
- Navigate to Open Orders -> Drop Today
- Click on the Order(s) you want. As you click each row a green button counts the number of animals.
- Click the green "make tag" button.
- Verify you see all the Orders you selected.
- Click the blue "Make Tags" button.
- Print the Kill Sheets
- Print the Tag labels.
- Take a break. That was a lot of work.
