You deal with a few different types of people

• Producer  - a person or business that brings animals
• Customer (Payee) - a person or business that purchases live animal or retail products
• Vendors - a person or business that provides a service

All of these "types"  exist in the Accounts module of your new system.

When you create Orders and you try to find a name,  this is where the system looks.  When you add a new name, this is where it goes.
