You may need to Cancel an Order for different reasons,  such as:

• Producer calls and tells you he is not coming and does not want to rescheduled
• You are not interested in processing for a Producer
• Your plant cannot process and you do not have any openings

The steps to cancel an Order are as follows:

1.  Navigate to Orders > Open Orders
2.  Search or your Order using the list search or column search.
3.  Click the drop down at the end of the row.
4.  Click the trash can (delete and cancel are similar).
5.  Enter a reason.
6.  Click Cancel Order button.
