From the Dashboard you can print list of who is Dropping off,  Slaughtering or Cutting today.   Scanning the BAR code will take you to the right screen.

The Cutting screen has two very important functions:

1. Enter the Green Weight for items that have to be smoked (Hams,  Roasts)
2. Enter how much Trim weight so you can easily distribute to Ground , Sausage  etc.
