Cut Sheet Master

The Cut Sheet Master refers to the printed form showing ALL the Items you enter.

The term Cut Sheet is only the Items selected by your customer.

The biggest and best change about using our system is the Cut Sheet.   The software is able to do things that are not possible with paper.    For example:

  • What if the Cut Sheet gets ruined or lost ?  Print another.
  • Want to change the name or price  ?  No problem.
  • You can email the filled in Cut Sheet to your customer.
  • You can print the Cut Sheet different ways such by Primal or by Product.
  • Want separate pages for the ground, links and smoke Items.  You bet.

 

Cut Sheet Form

The Cut Sheet Form is what you think - a screen that looks like your printed Cut Sheet Master,  only it has checkboxes to select the Items.

That's right - our system generates a screen that matches your printed form.

Locate Tag

To enter the selected cuts,  follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Tags - > Open
  2. Find the Tag#
  3. Click on the scissors at the end of the row

 

Select Items (Cuts) Using Cut Sheet Form

The form is designed for quick selection

Requested Weight or %

Some of your Items,  like Hamburger and Sausage, are created using the "trim" and/or "ground"  meat.    For those items,  you can enter either a weight or a percentage.

These Items sometimes have a minumim.

A modal screen will appear automatically when these Items are click.

Here is how the percentage appears on the printed Cut Sheet.  Once the Trim wieght is known,  the system will distribute it across any Items that have a percentage.

Editing a selected Item

Once an Item is selected,  the checkbox is checked and the name (or size, thickness etc.  turns BLUE).

To remove the Item simply uncheck the checkbox.

To edit the Item follow these steps:

  1. Click on the blue link.
  2. Select different options,  enter a QTY
  3. Enter a Note (blank it to remove)
  4. Click Save button
