How do mark a Tag as HOT ?

On a regular basis,  you will have Tags that need to be marked as rush, special handling,  good customer  etc.  We call that a HOT Sheet.

You can mark/unmark a Tag as HOT by doing this:

  1. Navigate Tags -> Open.    
  2. Find the Tag by searching Tag column or entire list
  3. Click on the Tag # underlined link.  It takes you to the Tag Detail page in a New Tab.
  4. Select Yes/No Dropdown.
  5. Click Save button
  6. Close the Tab by clicking the small x  or the button X

When you next see the Tag it will have a red flame.  You can quickly filter the Tag list for only HOT sheets by using the View dropdown.
