#6 Printing Cut Sheets

Since your data is now digital,  the term Cut Sheet takes on a whole new meaning.   You can now

  • Print your own blank sheets for customers to select Items & Options
  • Print sheets just for the Cutters with only the selected Items & Options
  • Print separate pages for the Items that need to be cooked,  cured, smoked  etc.
  • Email a cut sheet
  • Allow customers to print their own blank sheets

 

Print Blank Master Cut Sheet

You may need to print blank Master Cut Sheets if:

  • You run out of copies
  • You change Items or Options

Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Home
  2. Click on a species
  3. Verify the questions
  4. Click Print

Print Cutters Sheet from Tag List

When you print the Cutters Sheet(s) depends on a few things:

  • Is the animal going to hang for several days  ?
  • Do you have all the Items & Options selected ?
  • Does the Producer want a copy  ?
  • Do you want to print a page for each of the Items that are to be cooked, cured  etc.  ?

 To print the Cutters sheet(s) from the Tag List

  1. Navigate to Tags > Open
  2. Find the Tag using List or Column search
  3. Click the dropdown at end of row
  4. Click the  printer + scissor icon
  5. Verify the questions
  6. Click Print
