Kill & Cut Weekly Recap

The Calendar help keeps track of a great deal of information that would really be difficult to do without software.   Unless your paper calendar has columns for each Species,  it would take you some time to see how "booked"  you are.

  • How many of each Species you normally slaughter on any one day
  • How many of those are scheduled so far on Orders or already Tagged
  • How many of those are Standard versus Primal (easier to process a Primal)
  • How many openings are available for new Producers

The reason our system keep track of Standard (normal)  and Primal (half,  quarters etc) is the effort and resources required are different.   If you had a week of mostly Primal Beef,  you know it will take you less time to process.

Available If positive,  then how many Available.  Otherwise you are overbooked.
