Editing Cut Sheets
Cut Sheet are designed to be entered quickly. If you select a steak thickness at the top, EVERY steak gets that thickness. Likewise the weight for roasts. Because after all, most of what you cut is one of these two basic products.
If you had to select these on each Item it would be too slow.
But sometimes you need to make adjustments, add a note or other information.
